- Experience in traffic arbitration (Gambling) for at least 2 years, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead role;
- Confident experience with Facebook, knowledge of Tier-1 / Tier-2 geo specifics;
- Ability to establish systems: task setting, training, KPI control;
- Deep understanding of analytics and metrics, ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Familiarity with different offers and geo approaches;
- Leadership, creativity, and drive for results.
