We are the TBC team focused on influencer and scheme traffic.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the work of RD managers
• Improve and optimize the RD sales funnel
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
• 1-1.5 years of personal traffic handling experience in RD
• At least 6 months of experience as a team lead in the binary options vertical
• Full understanding of sales funnel mechanics in RD
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more (control, delegation, motivation)
• Punctuality, initiative, adequacy
**Will be a plus:**
• Experience working with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa
