Requirements
### Requirements - Experience as a Team Lead in traffic processing for at least 1 year. - Mandatory experience in the verticals: investments/loans (promotions). - Ability to independently build and scale sales funnels. - Skill in building and developing a team: from hiring and adapting new employees to training and systematic quality control of the department's work. - High degree of responsibility and punctuality. - Willingness to discuss results in numbers.
Conditions
### Conditions - Fully remote work format. - Schedule: first 2 weeks - 7/0 from 10:00 to 22:00, then 6/1 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3:00). - Internship as a traffic processor in the department: 2-4 weeks. - Payments after the internship: high % of profit. - Work with a unique in-house product. - Payments every 2 weeks to TRC20 wallet. - Signing an NDA (based on passport data and video verification) ensures the security of your competencies and our technologies.
