Requirements
### Requirements - Age from 25 years strictly; - Experience in lending/investments for at least 1 year; - Experience with CRM Chatterfy; - Skills in working with EU countries are mandatory; - Knowledge of the credit vertical will be a big plus; - Experience in writing manuals for managers; - Experience in training new managers; - Ability to identify both individual errors of handlers and general issues in processing; - Full-time work only on PC, any other employment is excluded; - Strategic thinking ability.
Conditions
### Conditions - Salary discussed during the interview with the successful candidate (fixed + %); - Probation period of 1 month; - Schedule 6/1 (7/0 during the probation period); - Team of professionals; - Strong adaptation period.
