Job description
We are looking for a strong Team Lead of Sales to build a sales system, increase conversion rates, and scale the Forex traffic processing department.
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of FD/RD managers;
• Control the quality of incoming Forex traffic processing;
• Be responsible for KPI fulfillment for FD, RD, CV, average deposit, and profit;
• Analyze the funnel: from the first touch to repeat deposits;
• Identify growth points in scripts, warm-ups, follow-ups, and communication;
• Test hypotheses for conversion growth and department scaling;
• Implement AI for traffic processing.
Requirements
• Experience as Team Lead / Senior Sales Manager in high-risk for at least 1 year;
• Experience in verticals: Forex, investments, crypto, BO, iGaming, nutraceuticals, or related fields;
• High responsibility, discipline, and readiness to be available.
