We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Sales to build an effective sales funnel and elevate the team to a new level.
Responsibilities
• Build projects and optimize funnels from scratch;
• Manage the sales team;
• Write and update objection handling scripts;
• Analyze metrics and identify growth points;
• Maintain reporting on the department, conversion, and results;
• Participate in the selection, interviewing, and evaluation of new candidates.
Requirements
• Experience as a Team Lead of Sales in promotions - at least 1 year;
• Experience in building projects from scratch;

• Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking;
