Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Lead, you will:
- Launch profitable projects from scratch
- Test hypotheses and improve sales funnels
- Analyze metrics and address weaknesses
- Ensure traffic quality and train the team
- Coordinate departments towards common goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales team lead
- Experience in investment/credit sectors
- Ability to scale processes and work with data
- Leadership skills to build and motivate a team
