We are looking for a Team Lead of Sales to manage a team and optimize sales funnels.
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of managers: task setting, KPI control, reporting
• Build, optimize, and regularly analyze sales funnels
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new managers
Requirements
• Experience as a Team Lead of Sales for at least 1 year (experience in different GEOs is considered)
• Practical experience in building and managing a sales department
• Analytical thinking and confident work with metrics
• Independence, initiative, and a high level of responsibility
