We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to optimize sales funnels and manage a team of processors. Experience in credit/investment and CRM systems is required.

- Build and optimize the sales funnel;
- Develop and update objection handling scripts;
- Manage the team of processors;
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for process improvement;
- Set up processes and accelerate the team.
Requirements

- Age strictly from 25 years;
- Experience in credit/investment for at least 1 year;
- Experience with CRM Chatterfy;
- Skills in working with EU countries are mandatory;
- Knowledge of the credit vertical will be a big plus;
- Ability to identify both individual errors of processors and general issues in processing;
- Full-time work only on PC, any other employment is excluded;
- Strategic thinking skills.
