Lead and optimize the sales department processes.
- Develop and launch profitable projects from scratch.
- Create effective sales funnels and maximize conversions.
- Analyze CRM data to identify growth points.
- Ensure quality traffic processing and efficiency growth.
- Hire and train a strong sales team.
Requirements
Experience as a Team Lead in binary options/trading.
- Understanding of Tier-3 markets (India, Asia, Africa).
- Proficient in Chatterfy and CRM processes.
- Ability to build and scale sales funnels.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to present case studies with metrics.
Conditions

- Initial schedule: 7/0 from 10:00 to 22:00, then 6/1.
