Job description
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Technical Department to manage IT infrastructure and automate processes in a strong arbitration team.
Responsibilities
### Your Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure: Full control and administration of servers and trackers (deep knowledge of Keitaro).
- Automation: Building a pipeline for mass generation of whites, copying, cleaning, and unique landing pages (through software/scripts).
- Integrations: Complex API connections, integration with CRM systems, setting up postbacks and cloaking.
- Stability: Working with domains, Cloudflare, bot protection, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Management: Leading the tech department (task setting for front-end developers/junior tech specialists, monitoring their work).
Requirements
### What We Expect From You:
- Confident experience as a tech lead or senior tech specialist in arbitration.
- Automation skills (ability to write scripts to speed up processes instead of doing everything manually).
- Systematic approach: ability to build a reliable architecture that does not fail when scaling traffic.
