Job description
We manage advertising from technology to profit and work only with our own projects. Our portfolio includes over 50 own websites that we actively develop and scale.
Responsibilities
• Preparing, opening, and warming up accounts in Taboola (SS, Manager) and Outbrain (in the future); • Interacting with platforms to confirm accounts; • Resolving account issues, maintaining their functionality; • Setting tasks for the landing department when strong WP is needed; • Working with anti-fraud, proxies, and card services; • Searching and testing new components to increase the supply of working accounts; • Keeping records and analytics of various account management methods; • Understanding moderation rules of platforms; • Interacting with the buying team regarding account quality and launch speed; • Building department processes for further scaling; • Hiring and onboarding junior employees during department scaling; • Maintaining task tracking tables (transition to corporate CRM); • Ensuring transparent reporting on farming and testing processes; • Maintaining financial reporting and optimizing department expenses.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; • Confident use of: Google Workspace (sheets, documents), Native sources (understanding moderation, interface, errors, blocks), task managers (Asana, Teamly, and similar), knowledge bases (Notion or similar - writing guides); • Confident skills in working with browsers, proxies, and card services; • Ability for text communication with contractors in English (B1-B2 level); • Personal qualities: — responsibility — communication skills — attention to detail — punctuality — initiative — ability to work with a large volume of repetitive tasks — mentorship and leadership.
Conditions
