As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for: - Executing tasks from the Head of Sales - Interacting with Sales Team Leads - Quality control of employee checks on accounts - Distributing workload among employees - Conducting weekly, monthly, and 1-2-1 calls with checkers - Forming weekly work schedules for employees - Writing weekly and monthly reports - Recruiting and training new department employees - Writing work rules and regulations - Writing and monitoring key KPI performance
