Job description
Golden Apple is seeking a Team Lead for Product Analytics to manage analytics processes and develop HR product metrics.
Responsibilities
- Establish processes for the analytics team and collaborate with related teams (development, DWH).
- Develop and implement a system of metrics for HR products.
- Describe necessary data infrastructure and build BI reporting or act as a client for DWH.
- Conduct business optimization research and initiate A/B testing.
- Investigate and highlight changes in user behavior.
Requirements
- Experience as a lead/lead analyst for at least 3 years.
- Experience with HR processes.
- Team management experience.
- Ability to interact with clients and advocate for hypotheses.
- Experience in developing a metrics system from scratch.
- Experience in solving product optimization tasks.
- Skills in A/B testing.
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools.
