VK is looking for a Team Lead Python to manage a development team, oversee project execution, and enhance internal tools and services.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers: task assignment, performance control, mentoring, and development of team members, conducting 1-1 meetings.
- Develop and enhance internal automation tools, corporate services, and web applications.
- Control architectural decisions, lead the design and implementation of current and new services.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technology selection, and establishing engineering practices.
- Recruit for the team, adapt and develop new members.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least four years of commercial development experience in Python and Django.
- At least two years of experience managing a small development team.
- Ability to transparently manage projects: clearly formulate tasks, track progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to communicate technical limitations and complexities to business and stakeholders.
- Practical experience in designing and supporting scalable web services and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Git and modern development practices (CI/CD, code review, testing).
