Team Lead Quality Control

As a Team Lead, you will: - Execute tasks from Head of Sales - Interact with Sales Team Leads - Control quality checks on accounts - Distribute workload among employees - Conduct weekly and monthly calls with checkers - Formulate weekly work schedules - Write weekly and monthly reports - Recruit and train new QC staff - Develop work rules and regulations - Monitor key KPI performance

We are looking for: - 6+ months experience as a Team Lead in QC - Experience with LATAM geo and Investment vertical - Understanding of LATAM geo specifics - Experience in processing or sales is a plus
