Looking for a Team Lead Sales to build and scale a sales team in the finance/investment vertical for the LATAM/Africa regions.

- Build and scale a processing team from scratch;
- Control the work of sales specialists, quality of processing, and conversion;
- Develop and improve sales funnels, scripts, and regulations;
- Maintain daily reporting on the team, leads, conversion, and results;
- Participate in the selection, interviewing, and evaluation of new candidates.

- Experience as a Team Lead Sales for at least 1 year in the finance/invest vertical;
- Worked with GEO Africa/LATAM and understand the specifics of these markets;
- Ability to manage a team, set KPIs, and achieve targets;
- Experience and skills in working with CRM;
- Responsible, systematic, and disciplined.
