Seeking a strong Team Lead for LATAM sales in investment/promotion, with experience in building effective systems.
Responsibilities
- Form and manage a team of processors.
- Build and scale funnels from scratch and optimize existing ones.
- Control the quality of traffic processing.
- Write and improve scripts, including objection handling.
- Train, adapt, and develop the team.
- Interact with the buying department.
- Work in a multitasking mode daily.
- Maintain reporting and analytics.
- Search for and implement growth points.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with LATAM in investment/promotion.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead/Head of Sales in promotion (LATAM).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in creating sales funnels from scratch.
- Experience with CRM, preferably Chatterfly.
- High level of discipline and responsibility.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
- Team management skills: hiring, adaptation, control.
- Initiative, independence, and unconventional thinking.
- Cases with results (in numbers).
