Job description
Looking for an experienced SMM Team Lead for an iGaming project in the esports industry targeting international markets.
Responsibilities
You will lead and develop social media and community for a new brand, responsible for strategy, content, growth, reputation, and integrations, including working with ambassadors and A-list celebrities (sports/esports, millions). Social media: IG, FB, X, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
Requirements
🔹3+ years in SMM, experience in iGaming or esports is a must;
🔹Ability to manage SMM agency 'turnkey': strategy → content → publication → analytics → improvements.
🔹Experience with A-list celebrities/top athletes/large talent agencies is a plus.
🔹Strong copywriting skills and sense of ToV.
🔹English B2+ / C1 is mandatory.
🔹Understanding of casino audience - mechanics, audience, and their needs.
🌟Spanish is a big plus.
