Join SberHealth as a Team Lead (Symfony) to manage a cross-functional team and drive product development in a leading MedTech company in Russia.

- Manage a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, iOS, Android, QA, analyst);
- Lead and participate in the development of product and technical tasks;
- Interact with other teams and departments.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in a team/tech lead role for at least 2 years;
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and ability to organize, optimize, and monitor them;
- Ability to manage a team of 7-10 people (backend, frontend, iOS, Android, QA);
- Ability to defend your position effectively;
- Ability to provide feedback to colleagues constructively;
- Ability to set tasks for the team and achieve results within agreed timelines;
- Expertise in PHP/Symfony 5+, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka expertise is a plus;
- Ability to take on tasks related to microservices architecture design;
- Ability to select necessary technical solutions with reliability, scalability, and observability in mind;
- Experience in monolith separation is a plus;
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
