We are looking for a Team Lead System Administrator and a P2P Product Owner / Project Manager for a remote full-time position in the fintech sector.
Responsibilities
### Team Lead System Administrator
- Control the work of the system administration department
- Distribute tasks and workload
- Monitor infrastructure and internal services
- Participate in incident resolution
- Coordinate processes within the team
- Support and develop internal IT processes
### P2P Product Owner / Project Manager
- Develop and support the P2P product
- Build and optimize processes
- Analyze metrics and product efficiency
- Coordinate interaction between teams
- Control the implementation of solutions for clients and partners
- Work with tasks in a dynamic environment
- Participate in the development and scaling of the fintech product
Requirements
### Team Lead System Administrator
- Experience in system administration
- Understanding of networks and IT infrastructure
- Experience with VPN (WireGuard), RDP
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
- Understanding of process automation
- Experience or desire to manage a team and projects
- Responsibility and high engagement
- Preference given to candidates outside of Russia
### P2P Product Owner / Project Manager
- Experience as Product Owner / Project Manager / Product Manager
- Understanding of P2P direction or fintech/payments
- Analytical and systematic thinking
- Experience in managing processes and communication between teams
- Confident use of AI tools
- Preference given to candidates outside of Russia
