Looking for a strong Team Lead in Talent Acquisition to build hiring systems and enhance the team in iGaming and media buying.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Full-cycle hiring of media buyers (from search to offer).
- Search and attract individual buyers and entire teams.
- Train and develop the recruiting team.
- Work with hiring managers and solve complex cases.
- Build processes, analytics, ATS, and knowledge base.
- Implement AI and new tools in recruiting.
- Use unconventional channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
- Pre-screen → HR Interview → Final Interview → Security Check → Offer.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Strong experience as a Team Lead in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting (iGaming/media buying is a big plus).
- Confident use of Huntflow, Notion, LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search.
- Experience hiring media buyers.
- Independence, initiative, ownership.
- Mentoring or team management experience is a plus.
- English is nice to have.
- Experience implementing automation and AI is a plus.
- Experience writing regulations and strategies.
- Working with unconventional hiring sources.
