- Own end-to-end delivery of core business functions: social content, video live streaming, audio voice rooms, and interactive commerce mechanics. - Manage technical architecture and engineering foundation. - Establish consistent cross-platform UX and interaction standards. - Define integration strategy for third-party audio/video capabilities. - Build reliability and observability systems. - Recruit and manage the engineering team.

- 8+ years of experience in internet/content/social/live streaming product development. - 3+ years of technical team management experience. - Deep familiarity with live/real-time interactive systems. - Cross-platform and full-stack perspective. - Strong communication and execution skills.
