Responsibilities
### Your General Tasks:
- Excellent understanding of the client, their organization, company culture, and values.
- Research and sourcing, i.e., searching for and contacting potential candidates using various tools.
- Writing job postings, feedback, and a significant number of personalized messages and emails.
- Conducting recruitment interviews with programmers, project managers, product owners, or testers, including preliminary assessment of technical skills.
- Supporting candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
### What We Expect:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for more than one organization or recruitment agency.
- Independence and ability to conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to offering).
- Very good communication skills.
- Fluent English, depending on the project.
- Ownership and ability to plan work with a results-oriented mindset.
- Professionalism and high quality of actions, including data analysis and presentation skills.
