Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet developers.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Define technical roadmap and drive sprint planning.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing P2P applications.
- Perform regular code reviews and optimization initiatives.
- Stay ahead of emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience building and deploying crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.
- Strong NodeJS and React Native development experience.
- Good C++ development experience.
- Experience in building P2P applications or distributed systems is desirable.
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
