Technical Project Manager

• Delivering new functionality to users on time. Ensuring all stages are completed — from development to deployment; • Decomposing product features and business tasks together with the development and QA team. Ability to break down complex tasks into smaller components and define their interconnections; • Solving operational and technical business problems, including eliminating bottlenecks, blockers, and closing risks; • Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of documentation in your area of responsibility and supporting documentation in related areas with the help of specialists.

• Ability to get to the essence, find the root of the problem, and solve it; • Skills in systems analysis and decomposing business tasks into technical assignments with clear stages; • Willingness to adapt to rapid changes in context and flexibility in work, ability to bring order and achieve results; • Developed systemic thinking and the ability to make justified technical decisions; • Ability to take responsibility for the results of your work.

• Technical background (developer, QA, systems/business analyst) is a plus; • Experience leading a technical direction (development, QA, analyst) is a plus.
