Responsibilities
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Communicate expectations to align stakeholders and team members.
- Measure project performance and perform corrective actions.
- Create a project organization structure.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Record customer requirements and establish deliverables.
- Improve team performance through leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- 10+ years of total technology experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of project management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Jira).
- Experience with insurance/financial services platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
