Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct screening and assess technical/cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work with hiring managers and support hiring processes
- Manage ATS and recruitment metrics
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience hiring engineering/technical specialists is preferred
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends
- Independence and multitasking
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Higher education (Business/Psychology/Computer Science, etc.)
- English C1+
