Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of technical recruitment
- Close vacancies for Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, QA, Data, and AI roles
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and professional communities for candidate sourcing
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Manage the offer process
- Handle 5-10 vacancies simultaneously, balancing quality and speed of hiring
- Improve candidate experience at all stages of recruitment
- Maintain ATS and analyze recruitment metrics
- Build talent pools for future vacancies
- Participate in employer brand development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Successful experience in closing Middle and Senior engineering positions
- Experience in international recruitment, preferably in the MENA region
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean Search
- Basic technical literacy and understanding of IT profiles
- Experience with ATS systems (Huntflow, Teamtailor, or similar)
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
- High level of autonomy
- English language proficiency from B2 and above
