Responsibilities
- Align solutions with business needs and foster stakeholder relationships. - Provide guidance on technical challenges and implement best practices. - Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams. - Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations. - Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience in aligning technology with business objectives. - Strong relationship-building skills. - 2–4 years in a customer-facing consultancy role, preferably in cybersecurity. - Understanding of data modeling and SQL expertise. - Proficient in data management, ETL, integration strategies, cybersecurity, and cloud fundamentals.
