### Requirements - Experience in technical support for 1.5 - 2 years - Knowledge of Windows OS family 10-11 - Understanding of basic network services (DNS, DHCP, network printing), general knowledge of TCP/IP functioning - Good oral and written communication skills, sociability, desire to optimize/automate work processes - English language at B1 level
