Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for Kaspersky NGFW product;
- Interact with the first line of support via ticketing system, email, corporate messengers;
- Participate in remote sessions with clients;
- Investigate and reproduce complex client issues in various environments;
- Register product bugs and work with R&D teams on solutions;
- Follow procedures and set KPIs;
- Accumulate product experience for deep understanding of their operation and diagnostic methods;
- Share knowledge with colleagues, conduct training, maintain knowledge base;
- Participate in projects for architecture development and implementation of products for clients;
- Create and improve diagnostic automation tools for company products.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or implementation of Infosec/IT products;
- Knowledge and understanding of data transmission network organization principles; network problem diagnostics;
- Knowledge and experience with dynamic routing protocols: OSPF, BGP;
- Professional skills in Linux OS administration; Linux problem diagnostics;
- Knowledge of English (at least intermediate);
- Willingness to travel occasionally;
- High motivation and eagerness to learn new things.
