- **Technical Support System Construction & Optimization**: Establish and improve the technical support process to ensure standardized handling of support requests.
- **Technical Issue Handling & Coordination**: Lead the team to handle complex technical issues and coordinate internal technical resources.
- **User & Partner Support**: Ensure the team provides professional, timely technical support for platform users and partners.
- **Compliance & Risk Control**: Ensure compliance with company regulations and protect user data.
- **Cross-departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with R&D, product, and compliance teams.
Requirements
