- Resolve user and seller issues;
- Create bug reports for development, execute SQL queries of varying complexity (PostgreSQL), read logs (Graylog);
- Build interactions with development and related teams;
- Conduct meetings and track agreements;
- Participate in the development and support of services in Python;
- Work with monitoring systems.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user support;
- Proficient in SQL;
- Ability to read error logs;
- Knowledge of web service response codes;
- Understanding of HTTP requests;
- Systematic approach and ability to tackle problems comprehensively;
- Ability to ask questions and get to the essence of the problem, listen to and understand colleagues and clients;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Knowledge of Python.
