Job description
We are an international aggregator of payment providers. We work with fintech, e-commerce, and Web3 companies, providing access to payment solutions worldwide. Our team is distributed, and the work is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns via Telegram Ads
- Work with partner accounts and direct TON accounts
- Moderation: prepare ads according to platform requirements, handle rejections, appeals
- A/B testing: channels, audiences, texts, ad formats
- Scale effective connections, disable ineffective ones
- Analyze metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, conversion to target action
- Manage budgets, control spending, and allocate between accounts
- Search and select relevant Telegram channels for targeting
- Regular reporting with conclusions and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven practical experience with Telegram Ads is mandatory. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered
- Experience with both partner accounts and direct TON accounts
- Ability to work with complex moderation: understanding platform restrictions, experience handling rejections and appeals
- Deep understanding of performance marketing: funnel, attribution, unit economics
- Data analysis skills and decision-making based on metrics
- Ability to write ad texts considering Telegram Ads restrictions and correctly set tasks for creatives
- Experience managing budgets of $5,000/month with responsibility for KPIs
- Experience in the fintech, Web3, or B2B niche
- Fluent in Russian
- High self-organization, ability to work autonomously in a remote team
