- Build post logic (warming up → engagement → registration)
- Test formats, hypotheses, and presentations
- Work with auto-posting, bots, and basic automations
- Analyze content effectiveness (views, engagement, transitions)
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience managing Telegram channels or social media
- Experience creating content (texts + basic visuals)
- Understanding of which content formats work and why
- Ability to write clear and engaging texts
- Understanding of attention retention principles in Telegram
- Basic understanding of funnels and content's impact on conversion
- Skills in working with visuals (Canva / Figma / AI tools)
- Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience with automations (bots, auto-posting)
- Self-sufficient and able to drive tasks to completion.
