Seeking a Test Automation Lead / QA Manager with over 3 years of experience in QA leadership and automated testing.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a QA Lead / Test Manager.
- Experience in automated testing (Selenium / UFT / TestComplete / IBM RR).
- Building centralized test frameworks for multiple teams.
- Organizing manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with bug-tracking and test management systems (Jira, HP ALM).
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and complex SQL queries.
- Understanding of SDLC and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Git / SVN.
- Understanding of web technologies, XML, and web services.
- Experience with Windows and *nix systems.
- Scripting skills (Bash / PowerShell / BAT / JS).
- Understanding of network technologies.
- Plus: Experience in testing Desktop and complex integration systems, architectural solutions, and scaling QA processes.
