• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads (Gambling); • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize metrics; • Find, test, and scale new combinations; • Set tasks for designers and creative team; • Work with geos GB, IT, DE, FR, ES, IN; • Search for new approaches, angles, and formats for creatives; • Plan traffic acquisition strategy and meet KPIs.

• Experience in the Gambling vertical through TikTok Ads; • Experience with budgets starting from $30,000/month; • Deep understanding of TikTok Ads algorithms and features; • Availability of recent high-performance case studies; • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify growth points; • Experience in scaling profitable combinations; • Skills in independently creating and adapting creatives; • Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

• Fully remote work format; • Schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00 (UTC+3); • Payment: salary (discussed individually) + competitive commission structure.
