- Manage a team (from 2 people): set tasks, control deadlines and quality;
- Lead projects: from finding references to final implementation control;
- Build processes for account management using AI tools;
- Scale project networks on Instagram while maintaining an analytical approach.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a Team Lead in SMM on AI-related projects;
- Technical expertise: knowledge of proxies, anti-detect browsers, warming up accounts, and how to unban accounts;
- Successful cases on Instagram;
- Independence: you write scripts and set the direction for the entire team;
- Location: Outside of Russia.
