Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in digital/SMM
• Team management experience of 3+ people
• Systematic, responsible, and proactive
• Ability to work with project metrics
• Managerial maturity: creating a team atmosphere while maintaining standards
• Ability to demand results, not just motivate
• Experience in a digital agency managing a team
• Comfortable handling 30-40 clients and 5-6 subordinates
