We are looking for a commercially curious and execution-focused Trading Initiatives & Business Manager to join our Trading team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for an ambitious professional who wants to be at the forefront of new trading strategies and financial instruments across crypto, TradFi, and prediction markets.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new trading opportunities and strategies across multi-asset classes and new markets.
- Leverage AI tools for competitor analysis and market positioning.
- Oversee listings of new prediction markets contracts, tokens, and coins.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, risk, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Min 3-4 years of experience in trading, strategy, project management, business management, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of TradFi, crypto, or prediction/event markets.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
