Responsibilities
- Build and manage a global team of trading operations professionals.
- Ensure timely settlements and reconciliation of digital asset instruments.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support client interactions and collaborate with trading and client operations teams.
- Develop and refine processes for managing post-trade processing.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in post-trade activities for institutional clients.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex tasks.
