Seeking a Traffic Handler to communicate with warm clients and assist in regaining their trust. Remote position with a fixed salary plus KPI for each call.
Responsibilities
### What You Will Do
- Communicate with warm/hot clients via calls.
- Handle objections and answer client questions.
- Help clients regain trust and resume working.
- Make 10-30 calls per day (call duration 2-15 minutes).
Requirements
### Who We Are Looking For
- Conversational Kazakh will be a plus.
- Experience in sales/client communication is a plus.
- Experience in investment handling for at least 1 month to have understanding.
- Ease of communication and a positive attitude towards people.
- Ability to work in stressful situations.
- Willingness to be fully engaged in work and not treat it as a side job.
