Job description
We are a traffic team in the crypto vertical, working with warm audiences from Telegram channels. Our team members earn from $2k to $10k as they work on a percentage basis. We are expanding to new geographies (Tier 1-2) and looking for a motivated traffic handler.
Responsibilities
- Daily processing of incoming leads in Telegram chats
- Qualification and warming up of warm audiences
- Handling objections and closing deposits
- Upselling and repeat sales to existing clients
- Working strictly according to KPIs: number of deposits, average check, ROI
- Following scripts while maintaining a lively communication style
Requirements
- Experience in commercial sales in chats (traffic handling)
- Understanding of the funnel: warm lead → initial deposit → upsell → retention
- High typing and thinking speed (VQ) - 400–500 dialogues per shift
- Confident handling of objections ('no money', 'don't believe', 'will think about it')
- Skill in working with scripts and engaging in live dialogue
- Experience in financial verticals (crypto, forex, brokers, investments) - priority
Conditions
- Payments: twice a month (percentage of sales, dependent on ROI)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in processing/sales (financial verticals preferred, but good salespeople from other areas are also welcome)

- Schedule: 5/2
- Working hours: 11:00 – 22:00 (MSK) with a 2-hour break (can be split)
