Traffic Handler / Sales Manager

Join our team as a Traffic Handler/Sales Manager, focusing on converting leads into repeat deposits. - Work with loyal leads who have had initial contact with AI bots. - Fully remote position with a 6/1 schedule. - Night shifts from 16:30 to 05:00 (MSK). - Bi-weekly payments. - Opportunities for career and financial growth.

Your main responsibility will be to retain and convert leads into repeat deposits. - Manage hot traffic and loyal leads. - Ensure high conversion rates for repeat deposits. - Maintain simple reporting. - Engage with clients freely without relying on scripts.

Candidates must meet the following requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in promotions. - Minimum 7 months of experience in RD. - Relevant and current experience is mandatory. - High response speed and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to engage in unscripted client dialogues.
