Training & Development Intern

We are an international EdTech / Learning project focused on real educational projects and development in the L&D sector.

- Participate in the full cycle of training work - Work with business requests and audience - Create and launch training projects - Work with content and educational materials - Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training - Interact with the team and clients

- Interest in L&D and working with people - Experience in presentations/mentoring/content creation is a plus - Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly - Independence and responsibility - Desire to grow in the field of training and development - Proactivity and openness to new ideas
