Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
- Coordinate fundings internally and externally.
- Assist in all cash management transactions.
- Resolve and raise all cash issues in a timely manner.
- Post daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balances.
- Maintain and compile all account balances.
- Perform bank account reconciliation.
- Provide data and supporting documents to the accounting team for journal entry preparation.
- Maintain banking relationships.
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures for treasury activities.
- Perform related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Majors in Finance/Economics/Business Management.
- Prior experience in Treasury or Foreign Exchange is an advantage.
- Able to manage process changes and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- High analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
