Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to high-impact Treasury projects, focusing on areas such as secured lending and Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) tasks.
- Develop a foundational knowledge of how risks are managed across both traditional banking and cryptocurrency landscapes.
- Assist in aligning Treasury policies with our internal risk appetite, internal policies, and ad-hoc requirements.
- Gain practical experience with Treasury day-to-day operations.
- Get a holistic view of how a bank's Treasury functions, moving beyond routine tasks to understand strategic financial management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Maths, or similar.
- Exposure to financial analysis, accounting principles, or corporate finance.
- Basic understanding of cash flow, interest rates, or financial markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Exposure to risk management frameworks, budgeting, or data visualization is a plus.
