Job description
We are looking for a Unity developer to work on an atmospheric 3D Action Adventure game from a first-person perspective.
Responsibilities
- Development and support of first-person gameplay mechanics (movement, interaction, combat system).
- Implementation of game systems and tools.
- Integration of animations, visual effects, and sounds.
- Performance optimization for PC.
- Collaboration with artists, animators, and game designers.
Requirements
- Experience in Unity development (commercial or pet projects) with first-person games (FPP).
- Strong knowledge of C#, understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and basic design patterns.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
- Willingness to work on a RevShare basis (profit sharing from the project).
- Interest in long-term collaboration and releasing the project on Steam.
- Responsibility, initiative, and honesty in communication.
**Will be a plus:**
- Knowledge of the Morpeh ECS framework, leadership experience, experience in indie teams, technical artist experience, or skills at the intersection of code and art (shaders, pipelines, tools for artists).
