Job description
AGRONOM is a 1-person farm automation sim and base-building game set on Mars for PC. Players grow crops, build bases, and automate processes with helper robots. The project is in active development, has undergone two major playtests, and received positive feedback from major publishers and players.
Responsibilities
- Optimize, refactor, and develop existing game systems within the updated architecture.
- Integrate new UI into game systems.
- Implement new game mechanics according to GDD in collaboration with game design.
- Document technical solutions and maintain system documentation.
- Adapt controls, UX, and game systems for controllers and Steam Deck.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C++ in Unreal Engine.
- Experience with C++ and Blueprints.
- Understanding of game system architecture.
- Ability to write maintainable and scalable code.
- Willingness to document technical solutions.
Conditions
- Remote work.
- Preferably full-time, but part-time is negotiable for strong candidates.
